Return and Refund Policy
At Kwik Draw, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you can return your product within 30 days from the date you received it.
1. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at info@kwikdraw.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Complete the return request form provided on our Store or via email.
- Once approved, send the item back using a trusted courier. You may use the courier recommended by us or choose your own.
2. Return Terms and Conditions
To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure all of the following conditions are met:
A. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
B. The item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
C. All original tags, labels, and protective packaging must be intact. Item returned without the original tag or seal will not be accepted.
D. The item must be shipped back from the same country where the original order was placed.
3. Return Approval and Rejections
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email confirmation.
- If the return meets all policy conditions, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

5. Exchanges
Yes, we accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective items.
6. Shipping Your Return
If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, incorrect order details provided during checkout, or any issue caused by the customer, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
However, if the return is due to a mistake on our part such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged product, or a fulfillment errorβKwik Draw will cover the return shipping cost.
In either case, please contact us at info@kwikdraw.shop before sending the item back. Weβll guide you through the return process and share the appropriate shipping instructions.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Refunds β Processed in 10 Days
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout within 10 business days.
A. Refunds will not include any original shipping costs or return shipping charges.
B. Items purchased on sale are non refundable.
C. Do not charge restocking fees on return items
8. Important Notes
Refunds are only issued once the returned item passes inspection.
- If your return is rejected due to not meeting return conditions, you may choose to have the item sent back to you at your own expense.
- Refunds cannot be issued to alternate payment methods or as store credit.
