How do I place an order on your website?
To start shopping, browse our collections through the main menu or explore by categories and subcategories. Looking for something specific? Use the search bar or apply filters to refine your results.
Once you find a product you love, select your preferred color or size (if applicable) and click “Add to Cart.” Not ready to buy right away? Hit “Save” to add it to your wishlist for later.
When you’re ready to complete your purchase, head to your cart and click “Checkout” to follow the easy steps to place your order.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation. What should I do?
Order confirmations are usually sent out within a few minutes after your purchase. If it’s been more than 24 hours and you haven’t received it:
Check your Spam or Junk folder
If there’s still no email, please contact our customer service team so we can look into it for you.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
If you need to cancel or modify your order, please reach out to us as quickly as possible after placing it. While we can’t guarantee changes once the order has been confirmed, we’ll do everything we can to help.
Is shopping on your website secure?
Absolutely. Kwik Draw uses SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) to protect your data during checkout. You’ll notice a lock icon in your browser’s address bar that’s your assurance that your connection is secure.
We may offer the option to save your payment method for faster checkout, but your credit card details are never stored on our servers. For your safety, you may be asked to re-enter your CVV code at each purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept PayPal for safe and secure transactions. More payment options may be added soon.
I changed my mind about my purchase. What should I do?
If you no longer wish to keep the item, you’re welcome to initiate a return within our return window. For full return instructions, please visit our Return Policy page or contact customer service for guidance.
